General Meetings are held toward the end of each quarter except the second quarter (June) when the Master Guide Rally is held. The venue is rotated among the four parishes.
These meetings facilitate disussion and decision-making by open voting on any matter of concern to the general membersip. Each parish Vice-President present a report on activities in his/ her parish. Any member may raise a motin or make recommendation on any matter for debate and eventual vote.
