The Master Guide association of West Jamaica Conference was organized in 1998 in Clarkes Town Trelawney, which at the time was a part of West  Jamaica  Conference, by the then Youth Director Balvin Braham.

It covers the four Parishes of Western Jamaica: St James, Hanover St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland. Its main objectives are:

• To train new Master Guides.
• To provide further development and training of Invested Master Guides.
• To provide spiritual growth for its members and to impact the wider community through its welfare programs.

The Association is committed to fulfilling its mission and has been doing so with a team of committed and dedicated committee members. Since its inception we have seen  hundreds of persons being invested as Master Guides which has created a great impact in the quality of Pathfinder Clubs in West Jamaica.
